Refund policy

All sales of digital preset packs are final. Because these are digital files, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the files have been delivered.

If you have any trouble installing or using your presets, simply reply to your order email and we will personally help you until they work.

Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
